The driving philosophy for developing our Real Time Collaboration and Communications (RTCC) platform has been to provide a common way for organisations to work together using traditional technologies such as voice services and integrating them with new Enterprise 2.0 tools such as messaging and collaboration services. Our server components can stand-alone or be fully integrated allowing employees and customers to share and create corporate knowledge, work on projects, chat and speak transparently in one simple environment.

Many years of experience in delivering and maintaining hardware and software products led us to the conclusion that by providing a complete server solution, containing both software and hardware elements supplied by one vendor provided overwhelming long term benefits.

Knowing that each server is chosen as the best in it’s class, intrinsically complimentary with all other RTCC platform components, is implemented in a manner that is specific to each customer and provided with an intimate knowledge of that customer's organisation allows us to deliver products with outstanding functionality and longevity.

We recognize that many of our clients are using virtualization environments so we have made available several key software packages under subscription arrangements and are able to provide these with full implementation and support agreements.
